1. Tower Structure:
-Full steel framework: Tower frame, water distribution system, access ladder, and guardrails are constructed from Q235-B steel with hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment.
-Cladding panels: FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) for lightweight durability and corrosion resistance.
2. Wind Cone Design:
-Kinetic energy recovery type with optimized airflow organization for high efficiency.
-FRP material ensures lightweight, high strength, and corrosion resistance.
3. Ventilation Fan System:
Airfoil-shaped adjustable axial flow fan with blades made of aluminum alloy or FRP for enhanced airflow control and energy efficiency.
4. Motor & Gearbox:
YE2 series outdoor-rated high-efficiency motor with IP55 protection rating and Class F insulation.
Gearbox features low-noise operation and reliable oil lubrication.
5. Fill Material:
Modified thin-wall PVC fill sheets (virgin material) with high-temperature resistance, flame retardancy, aging resistance, and strong modular bonding.
6. Drift Eliminator:
High-efficiency curved drift eliminator made of rib-reinforced PVC via pultrusion molding, achieving drift rate <0.01%.
7. Maintenance Accessibility:
