Product Overview
The water softening equipment produced by our company uses softening valves and control valves as the core, matched with corresponding resin tanks, salt tanks, resin, etc., to form a fully automatic water softening equipment. This equipment can automate the entire process including softening, backwashing, brine drawing, slow rinse, fast rinse, and salt tank refilling. Fully automatic water softeners are used in industrial boilers, heat exchangers, large central air conditioning systems, hotels, food industry, washing machines, medical and health industries, etc. Fully automatic water softeners can be divided into: time type and flow type. According to the water supply method, they can be divided into: single valve single tank, single valve double tank (one in use one standby), double valve double tank (one in use one standby), double valve double tank (simultaneous operation, separate regeneration). According to the power supply method, they can be divided into hydraulic drive (non-electric) and electric softeners. According to the control form, they can be divided into multi-port valve controller type and diaphragm valve control type. Due to the limitations of multi-port valves, the maximum output of a single valve head is 50 T/h. Softeners with a single tank exceeding 50 T/h must adopt the diaphragm valve control type.
